The team at Urban Equine Events hopes this message finds you well and that you and yours are happy, healthy, and safe.
2020! What a year! We are certainly glad that it is in the rear-view mirror, and are gladly looking forward to kicking off our 2021 season! We wanted to thank you for your continued support during this past year and moving forward. We are glad that our sport has been able to rise above the challenges posed by a global pandemic and find a way to provide opportunities for all of us that pursue equestrian endeavors.
As we look forward to hosting our upcoming events, we wish to express that the safety of our staff, officials, exhibitors, spectators, and equine partners will always be our top priority. Therefore we have developed the following COVID-19 protocols and best practices document*. This document outlines all the protocols and procedures that will be in place during our events to ensure as safe as a showing environment as possible. Please read and familiarize yourself with these protocols prior to attending our events.

The USEF has updated the USEF COVID-19 Action Plan for Operating on December 8, 2020. Please stay tuned for updates to this document as they occur.
The following individuals are not allowed to enter the competition grounds:
Anyone who:
-Anyone who exhibits COVID-19 symptoms,
-Anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within last two weeks 10 days,
-Anyone who has tested positive outside of the past 10 days, but is still symptomatic, or
-*Anyone who has been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19 symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19 within either the last 7-10 days (dependent upon certain criteria - refer to CDC Quarantine Options in the USEF COVID-19 Action Plan).
*Exception: Healthcare personnel who have treated patients using appropriate medical grade PPE during the course of performing professional duties are exempted from this restriction.

UEE is excited to be continuing another season of showing at the beautiful Quail Run Horse Cenre, Inc. in Elkhorn, NE.
Our shows are fun, friendly, and have something for everyone! From ground poles to Grand Prix, the UEE shows are designed to foster the growth of equestrian athletes and their equine partners, with the goal of growing equestrian sport in the Midwest. Our Prize List and schedule provide us with the flexibility to adapt our schedule to our client's needs, and help provide an efficient and practical pipeline for our competitors. If there is something you need, chances are we can accommodate! Included in our efforts to be an accessible and affordable horse show we are continuing our friendly schooling policies and the hosting of the USHJA Outreach program!

Electronic entries are the preferred method for entering these events. The entries may be submitted in the following formats:
- Online via the horse show program: www.horseshowtime.com. The show program will be set up so that trainers and individuals may enter the horse show digitally. NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.
- Online via Equestrian Connect. Entries may be submitted electronically by visiting our online entry partner www.equestrianconnect.com.
